Working closely with her builder, Mary designed a Platinum level Green Build NC, Net Zero home. In 2019, her home won the NC Home Builders’ award for the most energy efficient home in the state!

She has helped create certification programs and workshops, as well as the sustainable building project Prospect Terrace and the weatherization of the Veteran Restoration Quarters.
In 2016, Mary received the National Association Realtors Evergreen Award. She is a sought-out expert for her knowledge in both the green building and real estate industry.
