Seating should be arranged theatre style, unless additional group activities are negotiated as part of Mary’s work with your organization.
The availability of a computer generated projection system that Mary can connect to her laptop for displaying PowerPoint slides is preferred. If this is not available, other considerations can be arranged in advance.
A lectern situated stage right is preferred.
Mary uses a cordless ear mounted microphone system, which has a XLR plug that connects into most standard sound systems.
If there is a similar type of microphone (ear mounted or lavalier) on site, Mary is glad to use it. If not, she will bring her own.
A cordless microphone on a stand for the person introducing Mary and later to be passed to anyone wanting to comment or ask a question. If the group has more than 200 participants, 2 wireless mics are preferable.
